All About Me

When I saw this LO from Nita, i immediately ask Nita if I can scraplift her creation. I ask her permission and she AGREED with it. She help me picking the paper to match my photo as well as the paints. Nita shared to me the secret on how to paint on the chipboard. The right strokes on how to paint it and how to do it cleanly without messing your hand. It's just one night the painting was over. Next thing to do was the play with my LO by adding the buttons, blings and ribbons. That took me so long, until last holiday, April 09 I finish it with the help of Nita guiding me.

Happily married to my ESSBF (extra super special bestfriend), Erwin for 6 years.
I'm a gamer and love to dabble in various crafts.
I like to try and experiment with new crafts to keep my hands busy.
Had tried cross-stitching, paper tole, latch hook, paper quilling and now ADDICTED to digital and traditional scrapbooking.
Plan to study photography to capture nice and meaningful photos.

Last GNO, I was able to start with another layout, I thank Au for helping me picking the right photo to match the BEAUTIFUL February Kit-Versailles from Studio Azul. As you all know I'm poor with title and journaling, everytime I create a layout, I'm having hard time thinking of the best title, and I thank Nita for suggesting me the title.

I Won Kaya 11

I was busy creating another digital layout when I accidentally remember if Mia where able to draw the winner for Kaya. I immediately visit the site and got SURPRISED when I saw my name. I felt speechless. Quickly, I called Nita and telling her the good news. Birthday Card For Erwin

I quickly finish this card for Erwin on his birthday. Got inspired with the way Au uses the Cuttlebug birthday embosser to create a beautiful card. Upon seeing her creation, I immediately bought my own birthday embosser to create that look also. I also asked Au how did she do that effect, she explain to me everything through phone but I wasn't able to do it instead I ended up stamping the whole embossed cuttlebug birthday, and I love the outcome.

Happy Birthday, Erwin

Can't find a gift for Erwin until I got an idea from babycakestore owned by Hyce, a friend of my sister. She made baby cakes out of diapers. Do check it out her site. Upon seeing the ready made baby cake that she made for her previous customers, i immediately text her and ask me if she can do a cake for Erwin. After series of text and chat, I decided to have this idea. A towel cake with a Yummy junk foods as topper of the cake. Hyce name this cake as her Junkie Towel Cake creation.

Valentine Pictorial

Last Valentine, we decided to celebrate in by having a studio shoot with Erwin. It was the first time the he absent from work because he need to renew his driver license and we had a doctor appointment on that day. I told him no need to bring me to the hotel and have the usual date. Instead we ended up a studio pictorial at PIC-A-BOO-the block. Thanks Au for recommending it to us. I agree with you it is affordable but we needed up getting 4 package plus the low-resolution CD of the pictorial.

10 years ago: i meet Erwin, which happen to become my husband. Things on my to-do list today: finish a layout, create something for Erwin's upcoming birthday and find a birthday gift for Erwin. Honestly, I had a hard time with this challenge not because I don't know how to make digital layout but the kit of Danielle Young is so beautiful that I can't think of better way to make to interpret it perfectly. I keep on loading the kit to my work area until I was able to do one. Got inspired with the picture of my CUTE nephew. Thanks Diane for giving this challenge. Quite challenging for my part. Hope you will like the way I use the kit.

Technique Used: Scan the picture taken from Picture company. Circularly cut the papers create a scallop effect. Layer the other papers from the kit. Recolor the flowers. Flip the ribbons to create a dimensional effect. Stretch the stitch to have a border. Put brads on the stitches.

A Boxer Rose For Erwin For Valentine

February 14 - Happy Valentine! Can't find a perfect gift for my hubby Erwin until Joanna buzzed me about this boxer rose. Her friend Hyce was the one who made this roses out of briefs or boxers.
I immediately YM her and order 1 single stem boxer rose for Erwin. I tell Cabbie about this and she also order one.
